I pulled the CMOS battery for about 10 minutes then put it back. Booted into BIOS, selected MFlash, rebooted into flash mode, black screen. I contacted support, and the genuis there just sent me a link on how to use MFlash to update the BIOS.

When I have my usb with the new bios on it and confirm to reboot the computer to enter M-Flash, it reboots and opens a blank, greyed out menu. It seems kakım though it hasn’t fully loaded or something. I’ve let it sit and load for 10+ mins but it doesn’t change.
